Hydromorphon (z.B. Palladon®). Ja. L-Polamidon Besonderheiten im Umgang mit PEG Hydromorphon: Palladon® Kapseln öffnen und Pellets verabreichen.

Eine Hartkapsel, retardiert enthält 24 mg Hydromorphonhydrochlorid (entsprechend 21,28 mg Hydro- morphon). Sonstiger Bestandteil mit bekannter Wirkung.

PEG Sonde > CH 15, mit 50 ml Sondennahrung oder Wasser mittels. 50 ml Spritze. Kapsel öffnen (durchsichtige Seite nach unten, leicht drücken.

Common Dilaudid side effects may include: constipation, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain; dizziness, drowsiness; headache, tired feeling; feelings of extreme happiness or sadness; sweating, mild itching; dry mouth; or. flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling). Hydromorphone comes as a liquid, a tablet, and an extended-release (long-acting) tablet to take by mouth. The liquid is usually taken every 3 to 6 hours and the tablets are usually taken every 4 to 6 hours. The extended-release tablets are taken once daily with or without food. Take hydromorphone at around the same time(s) every day.

Hydromorphone extended-release capsules or extended-release tablets are for use in opioid-tolerant patients only. If you are uncertain whether or not you are opioid-tolerant, check with your doctor before using this medicine. Take this medicine at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow the extended-release tablet whole.

Mithilfe dieser, auch bei anderen Fertigarzneimitteln zum Einsatz kommenden»Push-Pull«-Technologie wird Hydromorphon sehr gleichmäßig über einen Zeitraum von 24 Stunden im Gastrointestinaltrakt freigesetzt, sodass auch hier nur eine einmal tägliche Einnahme nötig ist.
